Sincere Condolences to all of you in Ray's family  I am sure he leaves  a very big empty space in your lives.
Ray was a great friend and a wonderful e-mail buddy I miss the daily bits of wonder and humor and helpful hints and tips about so very many topics.  Ray reached out to everything life had to offer and reported and discussed  it all.   We will keep you in our hearts.

My deepest condolences goes out to those in the same boat as me, who knew Ray! He was a huge blessing to me, and so many others! I wish I could chat with him some more, but I know I will again in a much better place! Thank you so much for our chats, Ray! See you in Heaven.

My most heartfelt condolences go out to Nancy and her family. I was very saddened to read about my best childhood friend's passing. From meeting in fifth grade, I have so many fond memories of everything we experienced together. I cherish the time we spent with Ralph and Jane too. Sadly and regretfully along the way we lost touch !
Rest in peace, Ray !

It's been almost 20 years since I saw Ray, we played occasionally but did other music mostly. I remember we played and in the mid 60's we drove to Boston for friend Bronk to pick up a banjo. Sorry to all the family.
