Cobleskill- Arthur “Art” L. Fulton, Jr., 56, formerly of West Main Street, passed away at his residence due to COVID-19 complications.
He was born in Cobleskill on December 21, 1964 and was the son of Arthur L., Sr. and Virginia (Merrill) Fulton.
Art was known by many and loved by all who had the pleasure of meeting him as he walked his dog, Shelby, every day and could be found sitting on his front porch, relaxing with his mother. He was a faithful and dedicated member of the First Baptist Church of Cobleskill where he assisted in the Food Pantry, served as a past trustee, commander of Children’s’ Awana Program and spent countless hours as a caretaker of the church. Art was extremely proud to be a member of the Cobleskill Volunteer Fire Dept. He enjoyed watching his favorite sports teams, NY Mets and Giants.
He was a loving and devoted son to his mother, who survives him, tending to her many needs for numerous years. She was his life’s dedication.
There will be no formal services at this time and a committal service will be held later in Bramanville-Prospect Cemetery.
