Cobleskill- William H. Craft, Jr., 42, of Lark Street, died Friday, October 22, 2010 at his residence with his family at his side.
Born June 25, 1968 in North Tarrytown, NY, he had been employed at Kosco in Kingston as a service technician for several years.
June 24, 2000, Bill married Lynn Jordan and they have lived in Cobleskill for the past five years. Prior to that he resided in Ossining, Croton-on-Hudson, and Port Ewen, NY. He was active in Cobleskill Pack 5 Cub Scouts. Bill loved to spend time with their children and he made a point of telling them everyday that he loved them. He also loved to fish and hunt, along with going for walks in the woods.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn (Jordan) Craft of Cobleskill; his three children: Ashley, William III, and Jesse Craft, all of Cobeskill; his mother, Kathleen Craft of Montrose, NY; three sisters: Deborah (Joe) DiCioccio of Montrose, NY, Kathleen (Shawn) White of Hopewell Junction, NY, and Denise Craft of Yorktown Heights, NY; one niece: Alicia White of Hopewell Junction, NY; three nephews: Joseph DiCioccio, Jr. of Montrose, Joshua White and Ethan White of Hopewell Junction; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Susan and Jesse Jordan of Croton-on-Hudson; sister-in-law, Pam Jordan of Peekskill, and many cousins and friends.
A period of visitation will be held from 2PM to 4PM on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill. Cremation will follow. There will be no formal service.
