Middleburgh- Wayne D. King, 65, of Nickerson Drive, died Monday, February 22, 2015 at Cobleskill Regional Hospital following a long illness.
Wayne was born on April 11, 1950 in Albany to Mildred (Case) and Amos C. King.
He graduated from Gilboa-Conesville Central School. Wayne worked as a line supervisor at the New York State Power Authority in Gilboa, before retiring after 30 years.
In his leisure, Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing and visiting with friends.
He is survived by his sons: Brian King (Angie Felter) of Middleburgh. Timothy King of Schenectady; sister: Wanda King of North Blenheim and grandson: Jason King of Milford.
Memorial services will be private, at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home of Middleburgh and Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill.
