Warnerville- Wanda A. Deming, 94, of Mineral Springs Road died Friday, January 20, 2023 at Albany Medical Center.
Born October 1, 1928 in Cobleskill, she was the daughter of the late Revilo and Marion (Moak) Shaver. Wanda was a lifelong area resident and graduate of the former Cobleskill Central School.
A devoted wife, mother and homemaker she and her husband moved to Florida for a few years and after her husband’s, Robert Deming passing in 2006, she moved back to the area to be close to family.
Cherishing their memories are her sons: Jay Deming of Cobleskill and Terry (Joan) Deming of Warnerville; four grandsons: Matthew Deming (Jillian) of Summit, Mark Deming (Kristine) of Worcester, MA, Michael Deming (Kelly) of Warnerville, and Justin Deming of Cobleskill; nine great-grandchildren:Stephanie Deming (Oussama) of Clermont, FL, Cole Deming (Nick) of Colonie, Julia Deming, Emma Deming, George Horning all of Summit, Mason Deming, Bryant Deming, Jack Rose and Sean Rose all of Cobleskill; and one great-great grandchild, Yuri Alaoui of Clermont, FL.
A memorial service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home with a period of visitation held from 12PM to 1PM prior to the service. Inurnment will be in Cobleskill Rural Cemetery in the spring.
