Virginia E. Fulton, age 79, passed away on Monday, February 19th, 2024, at Robinson Terrace in Stamford, NY. She was born on Saturday, September 9th, 1944, in Decatur, New York and was the daughter of Orville and Elizabeth (Adair) Merrill.
She was predeceased by her parents, Orville and Elizabeth Merrill; her son, Arthur Fulton; step-mother, Marion Guernsey-Merrill; and step-brother, Robert Guernsey.
Virginia worked as a cashier at McDonald's in Cobleskill, NY, where she was dedicated to her job and made many friends in the community. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cobleskill, participating in the women's group and volunteering for church activities. Virginia was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Cobleskill Volunteer Fire Department.
Burial will take place in Bramanville Prospect Cemetery at a later date. Contributions in memory of Virginia E. Fulton may be made to First Baptist Church of Cobleskill, 492 W. Main Street, Cobleskill, NY 12043.
