Victor Brown

Warnerville- Victor W. Brown, 79, of Mickle Hollow Road, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home.

Born August 12, 1939 in Delhi, New York, he was the son of Kenneth and Mary (Buel) Brown.

Victor married Patricia Bouck on May 29, 1966 and they raised their family in Warnerville.  He worked at Price Chopper, formerly Grand Union, until he retired at age 70.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; a son, Carter (Gabby) Brown; a daughter, Kimberly (Anthony) Hall; three grandchildren, Tanner, Colin, and Avery Brown; two brothers, John Brown and George (Phyllis) Brown; three sisters, Bonnie (Norman) Downing, Joyce (whose husband Paul is deceased) Shaw; and Mary (Harry) Laux, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a sister-in-law, Mary Louise Brown.  He was predeceased by his brother, Ivan Brown.

A private graveside service will be held at the Breakabeen Cemetery at a later date.  There will be no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
