Timothy Hummel

Cobleskill- Timothy J. Hummel, 57, of Iroquois Drive, died Thursday, April 5, 2018 at his residence after a brief illness.

Born March 5, 1961 in Cobleskill, he was the son of  Claudia (Friss) Hummel, who survives and the late Robert Hummel, who died Feb. 9, 2008.

A graduate of the former Cobleskill Central School, Tim was a lifelong area resident.  For many years, he was employed at the former Eden Park Nursing Home in the housekeeping department.  Following the closing of the nursing home, Tim worked at McDonald’s and then most recently Taco Bell in maintenance.

Along with his mother, Claudia, two brothers survive Tim:  Joseph Hummel of Cobleskill and Robert A. Hummel of Manchester, OH and several cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 3PM on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Cobleskill, NY.  There will be no calling hours.
