Susan D. Sperbeck, 78, of Cobleskill, New York, died Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Albany Medical Center.

Born November 27, 1947, in Cobleskill, NY, she was the daughter of Clarence J. Mitchell and Dorothy I. "English" Mitchell. She was a graduate of Peru Central School of Peru, NY.

Susan was a secretary for the Bank of Richmondville in Cobleskill, NY, retiring in 2005.

She was a member of the Richmondville United Methodist Church, and she assisted with Richmondville's St. Paul's Food Pantry.

Susan was predeceased by her husband, John Sperbeck, and her son, Bryan Sperbeck.

Susan is survived by her sister, Sherry Myers and several cousins.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Richmondville Rural Cemetery.
