Susan Alfone

Cobleskill- Susan Razey Alfone, 53, of Lawyersville Road, died Monday, October 5, 2015 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Sue was born on December 19, 1961 in Kingston, a daughter of Marianne (Harlow) and Philip Razey.

She grew up in Kingston and graduated from Kingston High School in 1981.

Sue then settled with her family in Cobleskill. She was a beautician for many years and then a sales manager at the Best Western in Cobleskill.

Sue was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece and dear friend who was always there for the people she loved. Whether you were enjoying a laugh while she was cutting your hair, having fun just hanging out or when you needed someone to talk to, you were always greeted with her incredibly easy nature, loyalty and humor.

For all of us blessed to have known Sue, this is a very difficult day. Susan was at peace and resting comfortably in her home with her family and friends surrounding her. It could not have been more beautiful and loving and we are all very grateful.

Susan is survived by her husband: Anthony "Tony" Alfone, Sr. of Cobleskill; daughter: Nicole Alfone of Cobleskill; son: Anthony Alfone, Jr. of Cobleskill; mother: Marianne Razey of Cobleskill; sister: Sandy Kurt of California; brother: Phil Razey of Florida and she will forever be Aunt Susie to many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by several other dear friends and family members.
