Cobleskill- Russell J. Dunn, 51, of Roberts Road, died Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown after a brief illness.
Russell was born March 16, 1964 in Bayshore, Long Island, NY and was the son of Warren J. and Mary Dunn.
He moved to the Cobleskill area in 2009 and worked most recently at Fernando's Lounge as a cook. His passion was cooking and enjoying great food, martial arts, golfing, his valued friendships and his many cats.
He is survived by his numerous friends.
Per Russell's request there will be no formal services.
Memorial contributions maybe made to the Animal Shelter of Schoharie County, PO Box 40, Howes Cave, NY 12092.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill and Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home of Middleburgh.
