Middleburgh: Ronald C. "Ronnie" Warner, 67, of State Route 145, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.
Ronnie was born on January 19, 1947 in Middleburgh to Edna M. (Trosper) and Roscoe Warner.
He was a member of the Teamsters Local # 294 in Albany. He worked for Georgia Pacific in Albany and most recently as a truck driver for C & S Building Supply in Latham.
Ronnie enjoyed nature, hunting, clambakes and visiting with family and friends. He was a member of the Fraternal Organization of Eagles Aeries of Cobleskill # 2695.
Ronnie is survived by his daughter: Michele L. Molenaar of Colonie; sons: Michael S. Warner (Denise Freemantle) of Schenectady, Ronald S. (Paul) Warner of Schenectady; sisters: Carolyn Mattice of Schoharie, Wanda (Bob) Mensing of Schoharie, Brenda Warner of Middleburgh; grandchildren: Danielle Miller of Colonie, Tyler Warner of Schenectady, Mikayla Sussman of Colonie, Zackary Sussman of Colonie; 2 great-grandchildren, 1 niece, 3 great-nieces and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00PM on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home, 134 River St., Middleburgh. Rev. Carol Coltrain of the Huntersland United Methodist Church will officiate. A period of visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00PM at the funeral home, prior to the service. Inurnment will be private, at the family's convenience. Cremation took place at Vale Crematory, Schenectady.
