Robin Salisbury

Summit- Robin P. Salisbury, 65, of State Route 10, died on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Albany Medical Center following a long illness.

Born February 24, 1951 in Albany, he was the son of William E. and Marguerita (Wilcox) Salisbury.

Robin was employed as a courier for CD&L in Albany for many years. He resided in Knox most of his life, and moved to Summit in 2007.

Robin loved gardening, cooking and evangelizing. He truly loved the Lord.

Survivors include his four daughters: Heather (George) Lashoff of Albany, Christina Salisbury of Schenectady, Margarita Monroe, and Kassandra Salisbury of Schenectady; two sisters: Starr (William) Kennedy of Latham and Melody (Reed) Shwedo of Canton, GA; his brother: Rusty (Evie) Krimsky of Berne; and his grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Monday, April 11, 2016 at Prospect Hill Cemetery, State Route 20, Guilderland. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Rock Road Chapel, 96 Rock Road, Knox, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation of Northeast, 421 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill and Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home of Middleburgh.
