Norma Woodbeck

Millerton, NY - Mrs. Norma E. Woodbeck 83, formerly of Cobleskill, died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Sharon Health Care Center, Sharon, Ct.
Mrs. Woodbeck was born June 15, 1924 in Cobleskill, the daughter of Cyrus D. and Marion (Oliver) Elliott. She was raised in Cobleskill and moved to Millerton, NY in 1957.
She was a machine operator at Beck & Dickinson in Canaan, CT for many years before retiring.
Survivors include 2 sons: Ronald Elliott of Millerton, NY and LaVerne Spaulding of Irondale, NY; 4 daughters: Sandra Edgerton and Beatrice Martin, both of Fort Dodge, IA, Patricia Johnson of Ballston Spa, NY and Marion Woodbeck of Woodbury, CT; a sister, Jean Hurn of Richmondville; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home 171 Elm St. Cobleskill. Officiating will be Rev. Jennifer Boyd of Zion Lutheran Church Cobleskill. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:00PM to 1:00 PM Tues. prior to the service. Burial will be in Lawyersville
