Wellsboro - Mrs. Noreen D. Spink, 74, died Thursday, May 11, 2006 at Broad Acres Nursing Home with her family by her side.

Noreen was born October 4, 1931 in Olean, NY, the daughter of Frank and Esther (Westling) Donnellan. She graduated from Olean High School in the class of 1949. Noreen married Joseph C. Spink April 11, 1953. She was raised in Olean and moved to Wellsboro in 1970. Noreen was a waitress at the former Harris' Restaurant and for a short time was employed as kitchen help in the Green Home.

Noreen was a communicant of St. Peter's Catholic Church where she worked in St. Peter's Closet for a number of years.

Along with being predeceased by her parents, she was also predeceased by a daughter, Patricia, an infant sister, Patricia, two brothers, Bernard and Daniel Donnellan.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda (Craig) West of Wellsboro, Karen E. Spink of Milford, NY, Janet (Richard) Putnam of Cobleskill, NY; two sons J. Kevin (Cheri) Spink of Eagle River, AK and Dr. Damon (Jan Wingenbach) Spink of Silverton, OR; a former husband and special friend, Joseph C. Spink of Middleburgh, NY. Two sisters Nancy Beechler of Sunlakes, AZ and Judi (Lonnie) Barrett of Bellingham, WA and four brothers, James (Clara) Donnellan of Vadmais, MN, Leo (Sally) Donnellan of Dover, DE and David (Beth) Donnellan of Shoreline, WA and Jon (Joanne) Donnellan of Ferndale, WA. Ten grandchildren, Matthew, Patricia, Lauren, and Kristen West, all of Wellsboro; Austin and Cassie Putnam, both of Cobleskill, NY; J. Conor and Casey Spink of Eagle River, AK; and Katherine and Annie Spink of Silverton, OR, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, May 15, 2006 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Central Avenue Wellsboro PA. Celebrant will be Father Joseph J. Manarchuck. Friends may call from 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday at St. Peter's Parish Center. Burial will be in Wellsboro Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church, Central Avenue Wellsboro PA 16901.
