Mary M. Falzarano, 91, of State Route 7, Warnerville, New York died Sunday, June 28, 2026, at her home, with her daughter by her side.

Born January 20, 1935, in Cobleskill, NY, she was the daughter of George Erwin Mansheffer and Cenah Lamont Mansheffer. She was a graduate of the former Cobleskill High School and was a lifelong resident of the local area.

Mary was a phone operator, working for NY Tel in Cobleskill and AT&T in Colonie, with her sister, Lois.

She was a member of the Warnerville United Methodist Church, where she served as church secretary and sang in the choir.

On May 12, 1959, in Cannon, CT, Mary was married to Clement A. Falzarano. He preceded her in death on June 23, 2010. Her sisters, Ethel Spencer (Ted), Shirly Skerritt (John), Joyce Hoefer (Dick-Richard), and Ruth Gail Mansheffer also predeceased her.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Falzarano; grandson, David Millington (Jessica); great-granddaughters, Kaylee Millington, Lacey Millington, Layla Millington; a great-great-grandson, who is expected to be born soon; sister, Lois Merkley; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held of Friday, July 17th at 11:00am at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm Street, Cobleskill, NY 12043 with Pastor Maryellen Moore officiating.
