Marguerite Brown

Summit- Marguerite L. Brown, 89, of Summit, passed peacefully on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Robinson Terrace Nursing & Rehab Facility in Stamford, NY

Marguerite was born February 3, 1931, in Astoria, Queens, NY and was the daughter of David and Margaret (Lawson) Davidson.

She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Brown who died on February 16, 2015.

For many years she was the activities director at United Presbyterian Home in Woodbury, NY.  Marguerite was also very active in her local church, Summit United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three daughters: Sandra, Lynda, and Laurie (Jim), and one son: Peter (Lynn) Brown, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, one sister: Jeanette Davidson and one brother: Douglas Davidson.

Marguerite will be missed dearly by her family and friends. A private service will be held at the family’s convenience.
