Margaret Gallagher

Livingstonville, NY: Margaret E. Gallagher, 87, of State Rte 145 and formerly of Highland Falls, NJ, died Sat. May 26, 2007, peacefully at her home.

Mrs. Gallagher was born in Brooklyn, NY on Oct., 24, 1919, a daughter of the late Edward and Eleanor Smedley Hughes. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking and taking care of her family. Mrs. Gallagher was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post # 8441, Vernon Valley, NJ and also a member of the American Legion Post # 1073, Brooklyn, NY.

Mrs. Gallagher was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Gallagher, whom she married on Aug. 6, 1960. She is survived by:
