Middleburgh: Louise L. Rehm, 91, formerly of Middleburgh, died peacefully, Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Robinson Terrace in Stamford, NY.
Louise was born on January 26, 1920 in Mt. Pleasant, NY to the late Emily (Lowry) and Francis Santucci.
Louise worked for thirty-five years as an Executive Secretary for the Polychrome Corporation in Yonkers, before retiring and moving to Middleburgh.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed acting, amateur theater, was a member of the Depot Lane Singers and sang with the Hot Totties group at Robinson Terrace.
Louise was also a member of the Middleburgh Golden Age Club and enjoyed traveling on bus trips.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Middleburgh.
Louise is survived by her daughter: Sharon (Cathy Easterbrook) Tinker of West Fulton; son: Clifford Rehm of Bronx; granddaughters: Renee (Matthew) Young of Gilboa, Bronwyn (Andy) Kelly of Chicago, IL; grandsons: Blair (Mandi) Tinker of Rochester, Jason (Justine) Rehm of Tarrytown, Damon (Nicole) Rehm of Pleasant Valley and 4 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30am on Monday, March 7, 2011 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Main St., Middleburgh. Family and friends are also invited to a period of visitation to be held from 10-11am on Monday March 7, 2011 at the Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home, 134 River St. Middleburgh, NY.
