Linda N. Greshammer

Linda N. Greshammer, 86, Richmondville, lifelong resident of Schoharie County, passed peacefully after a brief stay at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.

She is the daughter of the late Matthew and Alta "Beilby" Greshammer.

Linda graduated from Cobleskill Central School in 1957. She was Head Cook at the NYS Shock Facility in Summit, NY, for many years. She made her family her top priority at all times.

She is predeceased by her parents, Matthew and Alta; and her son, Dale Henness

She is survived by her daughters, Debra Sperbeck and Denise Henness; her grandchildren, Matthew Sperbeck, Jesse Sperbeck, Nicole (Mark) Henness-Temp, Ashley (Luke) Bicknell, and Samatha (Justin) Mason; her great-grandchildren, Freddrick Sperbeck, Noah Temp, and Lily Temp; her sisters, Diana Meade and Chyrl Akeley.

Friends of the family are welcome to gather on Thursday, July 17th, from 12:00-2:00 pm at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm Street, Cobleskill, NY 12043. A Private Burial will take place at Richmondville Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Memorial Contributions in Linda's name may be made out to the Make-A-Wish Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 220 E 42nd St Rm 435, New York, NY 10017
