Susan L. Simms, 53, of Warnerville, NY, died early Wednesday morning, June 23, 2010.

She was born Susan L. Duggan to the late Richard W. Duggan and Mildred Greene Duggan on December 25, 1956.

Sue graduated from Huntington High School in 1974.

She married Randy Simms in 1993 and they started their own business, the Pampered Pet in Warnerville the same year.

Sue and her husband have run the high class bed and breakfast for pets with genuine loving care for all breeds of cats and dogs. They have provided this service in upstate New York for numerous patrons, through all weather and seasons, for 17 years.

Sue was a very kind soul with a generous spirit and heart.

Sue is survived by her husband, Randy Simms of Warnerville; her brother, Rick Duggan and her sister, Dee Audain, both of Texas; her nephews Kirkland and Adrian Audain, her nephew Cameron Duggan, and niece Leman Duggan, all of Texas. She is also survived by eight other first cousins, as well as uncles and aunts who all mourn her passing.

She will be deeply missed by us all.

A private family memorial service will be held at Oquaga Lake. Cremation took place at the Vale Crematory in Schenectady, NY.
