Carlisle- Kelly A. Christman, 51, of Snyder Road, passed Friday, November 11, 2016 at her home following a courageous and brave battle, from an illness. Her family was at her side with love and support throughout her fight.

Born March 18, 1965 in Cobleskill, she was the daughter of Marlene (Sommers) Langenbahn and Ronald G. Edwards.

Kelly worked most of her married life, most recently operating her own business, Kelly Bears Cleaning. She was a woman of many talents, crafts, gardening, and drawing. Kelly loved her husband, their children and grandchildren, as well as her animals.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Robert G. Christman; her two children: Amanda (Richard) Price of Carlisle, and Aaron Christman and his fiancée, Allicyn Stoutner of Carlisle; two grandchildren: Ritchie and Thomas Price; her mother: Marlene (Robert) Langenbahn of Seward; her father: Ronald (Mae) Edwards of Milford; her sister: Tammy (Bruce) Hotaling of Seward; her sisters-in-law: Sherrie (Anthony) Catapano, Amy (Tom) Gruett, and Laurie (Jon) Van Deusen; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a period of visitation to be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 4 to 6 PM at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill. There will be no formal funeral service.

Special gratitude is extended from Kelly's family to Renee DeSousa and Lisa Hewitt for the precious care they provided to Kelly and her family.
