Katherine Dugas

Mrs. Katherine A. Dugas, 95, of Dugas Road, Blenheim, died Monday, November 19, 2007 at Albany Medical Center following a brief illness.
Mrs. Dugas was born July 4, 1912 in New York City, the daughter of John and Mary (Duschak) George.
She has resided in this area since 1945 when she and her husband began working their dairy farm in Blenheim, which Mrs. Dugas loved her cattle and the work.
She married Albert Dugas on September 5,1933, and is also survived by a niece, Linda Borella of Las Vegas, NV; and 2 nephews: Joseph Marcogliese of Westchester, and Joseph Moriale of Saratoga.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM ( Noon) on Wednesday, Nov. 28 at the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home 171 Elm St. Cobleskill with Rev. Neil Irwin officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, Inc. P.O. Box 40 Howes Cave, NY 12092.
