John Zamjohn

Middleburgh- John Howard Zamjohn 55, of Grove Street, Middleburgh NY, peacefully entered into external life surrounded by his family Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown.

John was a 30 year resident of Middleburgh. John enjoyed fishing, social events with his community, visiting family and family picnics, movies, bowling, and helping his father with the lawn and garden. John was a member of the Schoharie County ARC and enjoyed working at Toe Path Industries.

John was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Zamjohn; sister, Suzanne, and step- sister, Amy.
John is survived by his father, Edward Zamjohn; stepmother, Charlene Zamjohn; brothers, Stephen and Paul; step-brother and sister Clyde and Shelly; and his 7 nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home, 134 River St., Middleburgh where a period of visitation will be held prior to the service from 9 AM to 10 AM. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Albany.
