John Daniels

John A. Daniels, 82, of Middleburgh, passed away peacefully after a sudden illness on April 9, 2018 at Cooperstown Hospital. John was born in Manhattan NY to John A. and Gertrude Daniels (nee Doyle).

John is survived by Lois Thorington Daniels, his loving wife of 58 years, his three sons, Donald Daring (Linda), David Hamm, John A. Daniels III (Christine), a daughter Lois Kasten (Joseph), eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Joyce Daniels Makely (Robert) of Apex, NC and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with John’s wishes, there will be no formal services.  Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
