Warnerville: Jeannette E. Mickle, 78, of West Fulton Road, died suddenly on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Cobleskill Regional Hospital.
Born March 19, 1936 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Willard L. and Madeline (Kilts) Almy, Sr.
Jeannette was the graduate of the former Cobleskill Central School. Her working career began at P&C Food Markets as a cashier and in the meat department. Later she was employed at Grand Union and when they closed, she worked in the maintenance department at SUNY Cobleskill for seventeen years until retirement.
Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren and shopping.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Deborah, in April of 1997.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald J. Mickle, whom she married July 23, 1954; her son: Randy Mickle (Linda Stevens) of Warnerville; three grandchildren: Mathew (Heidi) Nark, Melony (Ken) Nark Reynolds, and Melissa (Jason) Mickle Robichaud; four great-grandchildren: Ian and Megan Reynolds and Ryan and McKaylah Nark; and her sister: Linda of Kansas.
