Fultonham- James D. Bouck, Sr., 62, of Howard Mann Road, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the Cobleskill Regional Hospital, following a brief illness.
James was born on August 13, 1950 on Bouck's Island in the Town of Fulton, to the late Beatrice (Henness) and Erving Bouck, Sr.
He worked at Shaul Farms in Fultonham for forty nine years. James enjoyed fishing, hunting and collecting antique firearms.
Besides his parents, James was predeceased by his sister: Helen Hoop and his brother: Erving Bouck, Jr.
James is survived by his wife, Elizabeth M. (Campbell) Bouck, whom he married in December of 1972 and his children: James D. Bouck, Jr of Fultonham, Beatrice (Jamie) Warner of Gilboa, Staff Sgt. Peter (Shannon) Bouck of Fayetteville, NC; sisters: Caroline Bouck, Margaret (Alice Palamatier) Bouck, Barbara Hoop, Eunice Munzo; brother: Stephen Bouck; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Jamie Lee, Makayla, Tim, Shaiann, James III., Preston, Iven and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the Fultonham Union Church ,State Route 30, Fultonham, with a reception following in the church hall. Cremation will take place at the Vale Crematory in Schenectady, NY.
