Jacques Marie

Jacques R. Marie, 69, of West Fulton Queens, died Sunday, November 23, 2008 at his home.
Jacques was born November 27, 1928 in Paris, France, a son of Marthe and Raymond Marie. The family came to the United States in 1951 and lived in Hyndsville before moving to New York City.
Jacques served with honor in the United States Marine Corps from 1958 to 1962.
On May 20, 1967 he married Joyce (Kruglak) Marie.
He worked as a photographer, a building manager, and a Range Officer and gunsmith. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Marie; his son, Jacques Marie and grandson, Ethan of Pittsburgh, PA, his daughter, Jacqueline Marie of Queens; and his two devoted and faithful Rottweillers, Agnes and Michov.
A funeral liturgy was held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home 171 Elm St. Cobleskill with Sister Connie James of St. Vincent de Paul Church, Cobleskill, officiating.
