Helen Bevins

Helen McCoy Bevins, 88, of Middleburgh, NY died on October 22, 2007 in San Diego, CA. Married to Vince Bevins for fifty-eight years, Helen retired from MCS after a long and distinguished career. Her passion for music enriched her life. A member of the Methodist Church voice and bell choirs, she also sang with her father's Schoharie County Band. Helen is survived by her two children Lance Bevins and Lorna Curry, four accomplished grandchildren Erik, Scott, Kelly, and Keith, and a very sweet great grandaughter Elizabeth. We will all miss her gentle and loving presence. A memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Middleburgh, NY on December 2, 2007 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Methodist Church Choir Music Library, PO Box 508, Middleburgh, NY 12122.
