Eunice Munzo

Schoharie- Eunice G. Munzo, 62, of Valley Court, died Sunday, August 24, 2014, at Cobleskill Regional Hospital.

Born July 10, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Erving and Beatrice (Henness) Bouck.

Eunice attended Middleburgh Central School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting, music, and her dog, Molly. Most importantly, Eunice found it rewarding to take care of her husband, Pedro.

She was predeceased by two brothers: Erving Bouck, Jr., and James Bouck, Sr., and a sister: Helen Edna Bouck Hoop.

Survivors include her husband, Deforest "Pedro" Munzo, whom she married July 4, 1982; a son: Josh Daggertt of Fort Plain; five sisters: Carol Bouck and Vicky Bouck, both of Watsonville, Margaret (Alice) Bouck of Middleburgh, Barbara (Pat) Hoop and Rosemary (Fred) Hoop, all of West Fulton; her brother: Steven (Marty) Bouck of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Breakabeen Cemetery, Clauverwie Road, Breakabeen. Officiating will be Rev. Carol Coltrain of the Huntersland United Methodist Church. There will be no calling hours.
