Middleburgh- Edna M. Warner, 96, formerly of Cotton Hill Road, died Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at The Avenue Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre in Schenectady where she had been a resident for the past four years.
Born September 2, 1915 in Keavey, KY, she was the daughter of George and Dora (Floyd) Trosper.
Edna had resided in Middleburgh for over fifty years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, embroidery, and quilting.
Edna was predeceased by her husband, Roscoe, who died in 1964.
Survivors include her three daughters: Carolyn Matice of Schoharie, Wanda (Bob) Mensing of Schoharie, and Brenda Warner of Middleburgh; her son: Ronald Warner of Middleburgh; four grandchildren: Michelle, Michael, Lisa, and Ronald; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be private at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill. Private burial will be in Middleburgh Cemetery.
