Dominick Fragala, Jr.

Dominick, "Dom" Fragala, Jr., 73, of Middleburgh, died peacefully at home on Thursday, May 17, 2018.

Born November 26, 1944 in Brooklyn, he was the son of Dominick and Grace (Piccione) Fragala.

Dom earned his Associate’s Degree and then enlisted in the US Army.  He proudly served his country from 1965 to 1968 when he received an honorable discharge.

He retired from J.P. Morgan Chase in Manhattan as Vice President and then moved to Middleburgh in 2002.  Dom found pleasure in fishing and surrounding himself in nature.

Survivors include his wife, Regina V. (Ehrlich), whom he married April 25, 1968; five children:  Dominick (Susan) Fragala III, Kenneth (Antigone) Fragala, Andreas (Caroline) Fragala, Matthew (Justine) Fragala, and Jennifer (Christopher) Tait; his sister, Marie (Charles) Modica; and nine grandchildren:  Kenneth, Jr., Arianna, Kaiya, Jade, Lola, Donovan, Kolton, Avah, and Dominick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 AM on Monday, May 21, 2018 at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, St. Christopher’s Place, Cobleskill, NY.  Rev. Dr. Ellen Neufeld will be celebrant.  Burial with military honors will be at 1 PM Monday at Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
