Schenectady- Dolores E. Miller, 65, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Albany Medical Center.
Born April 24, 1950 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Lindsey) Bragg.
Dolores was a home health care aid for Interim prior to retiring. She was a former member of Slingerlands Fire Department Auxiliary and was of catholic faith.
Dolores enjoyed doing latch hook craft work, loved all Disney products and was an avid Red Sox fan.
Along with her parents, her husband, Lloyd Miller, Sr., her sister: Paula, and granddaughter: Tristin predeceased her.
Survivors include her children: John Carkner, Jr. of Richmondville, Jim (Sara) Carkner of Boonville, Michelle Miller of Schenectady, David (Brenda) Miller of Richmondville, and Paul (William) Miller of Schenectady; two sisters: Yvonne (Phil) Wood of Colonie and Isabel (Don) Glastetter of Glenmont; two grandsons: Ian and Shawn; several step-children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and unofficially adopted children.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, August 5, 20215 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 54 Adams Place, Delmar. Family and friends are invited to a period of visitation to be held on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home, 134 River St., Middleburgh. Burial will be in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
