Dennis Lynn Jackson Sr., 68, born July 22, 1955, in Cobleskill, NY, passed away at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital on July 8, 2025.
He was born to John and Kate (Slater) Jackson.
He worked for P&C Foods from 1984 until they closed. He also worked for Walmart and Hannaford. He was part of the Richmondville Rescue Squad. He loved fishing, hunting, Nascar, and spending time with his family.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 41 years, Beverly A. (Kuhn) Jackson; his sons, Robert A. (Sonja) Jackson and Dennis L. Jackson Jr.; his granddaughters, Macaela and Shyanne; his sister Gloria Madden; his brothers, Robart Jackson and Carl Jackson; his special niece, Cysse Kuhn and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dennis was predeceased by his parents, John and Kate, and his twin sisters.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fox Creek Park in Schoharie at 2:00pm on July 18th.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home
