: David L. Miller, 44, of Pearl River, NY, died Mon. Aug. 13, 2007 at his mother's home in Jefferson, NY, where he had resided since July of this year, following a brief illness.
Mr. Miller was born in Suffern, NY on July 17, 1963 a son of Beverly Winter Stoughton and the late John R. Miller. He was a grandson of the late G. Stanley Winter, Secretary Treasurer of Fred L. Holt, Inc.
Mr. Miller was a 1982 graduate of the Pearl River High School and a January 1987 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College, Sparkill, NY, with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Miller worked as a retail sales manager for Trans World Entertainment (F.Y.E.) Palisades Center, West Nyack, NY and formerly for Kay-Bee Toys and Toys R Us. He was an avid Nascar and N.A.S.A. fan and enjoyed military history.
Mr. Miller was predeceased by his father, John R. Miller on Feb. 29, 2004. He is survived by:

There are no services at this time. A memorial graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family. Cremation will take place at the Vale Cemetery Crematorium, Schenectady, NY. The Palmer & Shaylor, Inc. Funeral Home, Middleburgh, NY and the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, Cobleskill, NY are assisting the family with the arrangements.
