Daniel Wojciechowski

Seward- Daniel A. Wojciechowski, 55, of Cemetery Road, died Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in Manhattan due to complications resulting from surgery.

Born December 13, 1961 in Plainfield, NJ, he was the son of the late Vincent E. and Linda (Suydam) Wojciechowski.

Daniel was a NY Certified Car Pilot working for his wife's escort service. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aeries #2695 of Cobleskill.

Dan was an avid Elvis fan, and a dedicated Giants and Mets fan. He was passionate about food and providing for others and making people happy.

His memories will be cherished by his wife, who loved and adored her huggable teddy bear, Stacey (Hotaling) Wojciechowski, whom he married August 12, 2006; two stepsons: John Sheldon, Jr., and David Sheldon, both of Nassau; his sister, Lorry Wojciechowski, of Piscataway, NJ and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Vincent.

A period of visitation will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 4 to 6:30PM at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill. A prayer service will follow at 6:30 PM with Rev. Edward VanKampen of Nassau Reformed Church officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at St. Mary's Cemetery, Nassau with the procession leaving the funeral home parking lot at 9 AM Tues.
