Christina Liardo, 40, of Troy, NY died Friday, April 14, 2023 unexpectedly.
Born August 3, 1982 in Manhattan, she was the daughter of Frank Liardo and Maritza (Santos) Gregory.
Christina was a high school graduate and worked at various places throughout her life, most recently Burlington Coat Factory in Crossgates Mall.
Christina enjoyed spending time at the beach, was passionate about food and was often found to be the one spearheading conversations at family gatherings. She liked a nice cup of tea and using her creative instincts with flowers.
Cherishing her memories are her daughter, Aaliyah Cintron of Orlando, FL, her mother, Maritza (Scott) Gregory of Toms River, NJ, her father, Frank (Evelyn) Liardo of Jacksonville, FL, her paternal grandmother, Accursia Cannizzo of Cobleskill, maternal grandmother, Sixta Santos of Manhattan, 4 brothers: Nico (Portia) Liardo of Fort Dix, NJ, Gino Liardo of Manhattan, Marco Lopez of Toms River, NJ and Marino Liardo of Jacksonville, FL; 2 aunts: Celeste (Victor) Pirela of Troy and Jacquelyn Santos of Manhattan; 4 uncles: Joseph (Lona) Cannizzo, Alfredo (Stacey) Cannizzo and Salvatore (Kimberly) Liardo all of Cobleskill, and Michael Santos of Manhattan and several nieces, nephews, and cousins and her godmother, Maria Rolon of Toa Alta, Puerto Rico.
Family and friends are invited to a period of visitation to be held from 11AM to 1PM on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill. A funeral service will be held at 1PM with burial immediately following in Cobleskill Rural Cemetery.
