Charlotte Joan McCarty of Richmondville, NY passed away on September 9th, 2022. She was born August 17th, 1940 and was raised in rural York, ND by her parents, John and Bessie McCarty. She was laid to rest on October 8th, 2022 at the St. Vincent De Paul Cemetery in a small private ceremony with family and friends.
