Charles "Sandy" Fisher, III

Summit- Charles “Sandy” M. Fisher, III, 78, of Lake Edge Lane, died suddenly at his home Friday, September 11, 2020.

Born November 15, 1945 in Passaic, NJ, he was the son of Charles M. and Agnes (Engelbrecht) Fisher.

Sandy married Betty in 1964 and they celebrated 56 years together.  Other survivors include their sons:  Scott Alan Fisher and Christopher Alan Fisher; their daughters-in-law: Heather and Adeena; and two grandsons: Oliver and Eddie.

He was an avid fisherman, loved his family and his golden retriever, Tulsa, and living his retirement dream on Bear Gulch Lake.  Sandy retired as Supervisor of the Bergen County Police Department in New Jersey.

In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, there will be no formal services.  Those who wish to remember him may donate to Summit Volunteer Fire Dept., PO Box 400, or Summit Rescue Squad, PO Box 296, Summit, NY 12175.
