Fultonham- Caroline Bouck, 74, of Hard Scrabble Road, died Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Albany Medical Center, with her family at her side.
Born February 27, 1941 in Jefferson, she was the daughter of Erving and Beatrice (Henness) Bouck. Caroline was a 1962 graduate of Middleburgh Central School and went on to work at Shaul's Farms for many years as a laborer.
She was predeceased by siblings: Erving and Virginia Bouck, Sr., Helen Bouck and George Hoop, Jr., James Bouck Sr., and Eunice Munzo.
Survivors include her two daughters: Rosemary C. (Frederick) Hoop of West Fulton and Victoria Bouck of Fultonham; three siblings: Margaret (Alice Palmatier) Bouck, of Middleburgh, Barbara Ann Bouck (Patrick, Sr.) Hoop of West Fulton and Stephen (Marty) Bouck of NC; sister-in-law: Elizabeth Bouck and family; brother-in-law: Pedro Munzo and family; numerous nieces and nephews: Larry (Tammy) Schrom, Jr. and family, Mark (Anna Mickel) Schrom and family, Patrick (Tanya) Hoop, Jr. and family, Michele (Michael) Solomon and family, Angel Hoop and Charles Wyche and family, Joshua Schrom, Kayla Schrom, Vivian (Alan) Padgett and family, Loretta Schrom, Jessica (Walter) Zeh, Beatrice (James, Jr.) Warner and family, Robert (Kim) Hoop and family, James Bouck and family, Peter Bouck, Erving Bouck, Jr, and Virginia Bouck; and three cousins: Debbie (Steven) Pappas and family, Betty Rowlison and family, and Patricia Telericho and family.
A memorial service will be held at 4 PM on Monday, April 27, 2015 at the Union Church, State Route 30, Fultonham, with Carol Adams presiding. There will be no calling hours and burial will be private.
