Brian Cockcroft

Sharon Springs (Schoharie County)- Brian A. Cockcroft, 55, formerly of Sharon Springs, died Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Largo Medical Center, Indian Rocks, Pinellas County, FL.

Born September 10, 1954 in Roselle, NJ, he was a son of Arthur and Holly (Sellis) Cockcroft. Brian attended school in West Nyack and Sherburne, NY.

Brian was a former employee of Walmart Distribution Center in Sharon Springs, where he resided until moving to Pinellas Park, FL over eight years ago.

He was a pen and ink artist and also enjoyed hunting for old treasures.

Survivors include his son: Henry A. Cockcroft of Richmondville and his sister: Carol (Ken) Barcellona of Charlotteville.

A celebration of life will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the Richmondville United Methodist Church, Main Street, Richmondville, NY with Rev. Marvin Batcher officiating.
