Beverly Terry

Cobleskill- Beverly A. Terry, 76, of North Grand Street, died Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at Cobleskill Regional Hospital.

Born September 27, 1933 in Schenectady, Beverly was one of strong commitment to her family, taking care of her mother for many years, as well as helping to raise numerous nieces and nephews. She was deeply involved and dedicated to her religion.

Beverly was employed for forty-one years as a secretary at SUNY Cobleskill. She had also been a secretary at Albany Medical Center for ten years.

She was predeceased by a nephew, David Schrader, of Piscataway, NJ.

Survivors include her mother: Elda Terry of Cobleskill; two sisters: Gladys Barner of Lake Worth, FL, and Alice Puffer of Venice, FL; seven nieces and nephews: Donna Robtoy of Cobleskill, Douglas Schrader of College Station, TX, Donald Schrader of Cobleskill, Sandra Lupe of Albany, Brian Puffer of Amsterdam, Barry Puffer of Fayetteville, NC, and Shari Fiore of Port Richey, FL; and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Bond Funeral Home, at the corner of Broadway and Guilderland Ave., Schenectady. Family and friends are also invited to attend a period of visitation at the Bond Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM on Friday. Burial will be in Cobleskill Rural Cemetery.
