Barry D. Graham, 60, of Creamery Rd., died suddenly, Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Albany Medical Center.

Mr. Graham was born on March 22, 1948 in San Bernardino, CA the son of the late Dr. Dean and Dolores (Vradenburg) Graham.
He was a member of the Brimstone United Methodist Church and a beloved lay speaker at several churches including North Blenheim United Methodist, Jefferson United Methodist, Breakabeen Presbyterian and churches in Summit, Prattsville, Stamford, Roxbury, Halcottsville and Walton, NY. After his family returned to this area, he graduated from Jefferson Central School in 1966, the same year his father founded D. M. Laboratories in Hobart, NY.
Mr. Graham attended Allegheny College, in PA. and then became a Vista Volunteer, the American version of the Peace Corps, where he helped Native Americans for one and a half years before returning to college. He was married to Cheryl Prall of Meadville, PA on August 24, 1969. In January of 1970, he went to work for his father at the Hobart, NY plant, since then re-named Mallinckrodt, Inc. and later known as Tyco. In 1974 he joined the United States Air Force for three and a half years, in the field of electronic warfare. In November of 1977, he moved again to this area, managing the building of the new Hobart plant for his father. From 1988-1990 he was the president of Tye Pharmaceuticals in Charlotte, N.C. and from 1990-1996 he was vice-president of Cook Imaging in Bloomington, IN.
In 1997 he co-founded Graham Development, Inc. in Oneonta, NY, specializing in patents for sealing medicinal drugs to protect against tampering. One year following his father's death in August of 2004, he founded Blenheim Pharmacal, Inc. with his son, Keith, employing several workers at the present time. At the time of his death, he was a faithful councilman on the Blenheim Town Board. He loved gardening, his tractor, and most of all, he loved his Lord, his family and his friends.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl L. Graham of North Blenheim, NY and Sons: Kevin Graham of North Blenheim, NY, Brian Graham (Susan) of Bloomington, IN., Keith Graham (Melissa) of North Blenheim, Granddaughters: Jordyn Graham of In., Larkin Graham of North Blenheim, NY. Sisters: Darlene Craeger of Worcester, NY, Deborah Ullman (Wayne) of Kapaa, Hawaii, Dorenna Hart (Kraig) of Londonderry, VT., Several Nieces and Nephews in PA., and Alanna and Adrienne Hart of Londonderry, VT.
A Memorial service will be held at 1pm, Thurs. July 31, 2008 at the Jefferson United Methodist Church, Jefferson, NY, Rev. Bill St. John and Rev. Charlie Gockel will co-officiate. Burial will be private, in Riverview Cemetery, North Blenheim, NY. Calling hours will be held from 6-8pm, Wed. July 30, 2008 at the Palmer & Shaylor, Inc.
