Barbara Freed

Cobleskill- Mrs. Barbara A. Freed, 78, of State Route 10, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Cobleskill Regional Hospital following a short illness.
Mrs. Freed was born May 15, 1929 in Cobleskill, the daughter of John and Anita (Wands) Hoessle.
She was a lifelong area resident and was a former employee of A & P Foods. More recently she was a store clerk for P & C Foods in Cobleskill for 17 years.
Mrs. Freed was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing and gardening.
She was predeceased by a brother, Walter Hoessle and step-brother, John Hoessle.
Survivors include her husband, Ellwood Freed, whom she married January 25, 1947; her daughter, Judy Tinti of Cobleskill; a brother, David Hoessle of Albany; a granddaughter, Trixi Fulcher of Roanoke, VA; grandson, John Tinti of Hutchinson Island, FL; a great-granddaughter, Faith Fulcher of Roanoke, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
