RICHMONDVILLE- Mrs. Anna M. (Nordenberg) Warner, 43, of East Main St., died Tuesday, June 6, 2006 following a long illness.
Anna was born November 16, 1962, in Catskill.
She graduated from Catskill High School and SUNY Cobleskill with academic honors of being named on the dean's list. Anna was a licensed beautician, working at Mountain View Manor Home for Adults in Middleburgh. She had also been a teacher's aide at Radez Elementary School in Richmondville and was a stock clerk at Price Chopper in Cobleskill. Her loved for children allowed her to be a caretaker for them in her own home.
Anna was a member of the Cobleskill Historical Society. She was an avid hunter, hiker, and outdoor person, and completed her Survival School.
Survivors include her mother, Judith (Benjamin) Boughal of Richmondville, her father, Raymond K. Nordenberg, Sr. of Catskill; her son, Brandon Warner of Richmondville; 2 brothers: Raymond K. Nordenberg, II of Palenville, and Scott Nordenberg of Earlton; her maternal grandmother, Helen Benjamin of Cobleskill; her lifelong friend, Suzan Sloyan; one nephew, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 10, 2006 at the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home 171 Elm St. Cobleskill with Pastor Peter DeBartolo of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Middleburgh officiating. Burial will be private at the family's convenience.
