Esperance- Ann E. Glenn, 75, of Oak Hill Road, died Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Cobleskill Regional Hospital with her loving family at her side.
Born March 12, 1938 in Jamaica, NY, she was the daughter of Aloise and Elizabeth (Walker) Gross.
Ann had resided in this area since 1946 and retired from General Electric in Schenectady where she was a keypunch operator. Prior to that, she had been employed at American Locomotive in Schenectady.
She was a homemaker and found great pleasure in gardening. Following retirement, she traveled extensively throughout the country with her husband.
Survivors include her husband, Robert H. Glenn, whom she married August 1, 1959; her three children: Lisa Glenn of Delanson, Robin (Joseph) Wehmeyer of Jefferson, and Norman (Julie) Glenn of Glenville; and her brother: George A. Gross of Delanson.
Services will be private at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill.
