Central Bridge- Ann Marie Bascomb, 58, of North Main St., died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.

Born June 18, 1957 in Cobleskill, she was the daughter of the late Lorraine (Porath) Robarge and Richard T. Robarge who survives her.

Ann was a 1975 graduate of the former Richmondville Central School and continued her education at University of New York in Albany receiving her registered nursing degree.

She was most recently a clinical review nurse for Wellpoint in Albany. Ann took great pleasure in remodeling her home, and in the past, loved to draw, play flute, read, travel, and swim in the ocean.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Robert Bascomb, who died June 17, 2003.

Survivors include her daughter, Stacy Sisson of Middleburgh; her father, Richard T. Robarge of Central Bridge; her brother: Mark (Marion) Robarge of Niskayuna; her sister: Barbara (Michael) Taylor of Pattersonville; her companion of ten years: Jerry (Jesse) James of Central Bridge; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 Am on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 138 Washington Heights, Cobleskill. Celebrant will be Rev. Matthew Wetsel of Our Lady of the Valley. Family and friends are also invited to a period of visitation to be held from 6 to 8 PM on Tues.at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St. Cobleskill. Spring interment will be in Bramanville-Prospect Cemetery, Howes Cave, NY
