Richmondville- Ada N. Connor, 88, of High Street, died Friday, July 19, 2013 at Cobleskill Regional Hospital.

Born August 7, 1924 in Springfield, MO, she was a daughter of Harry and Julia (Roman) Connor.

Ada lived in Middleburgh before moving to Richmondville in 2007. She attended the former St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Middleburgh. Ada had worked on the assembly line at Schoharie County ARC for several years.

She loved music, especially Elvis Presley, costume jewelry, arts, and crafts as well as Bingo.
Ada also enjoyed visitors at the home, traveling on road trips, and shopping at the thrift stores.

She is survived by her sister: Dorothy (John) Lutteringer of Centerville, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral liturgy will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 26, 2013 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 138 Washington Ave., Cobleskill. Family and friends are also invited to attend a time of visitation to be held at the church prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM. Cremation will follow the service at Vale Crematory and inurnment will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill and Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home, 134 River St., Middleburgh.
